CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellation of the service booked by a guest should be notified via e-mail or phone more than 24 hours before commencement of the service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the departure will receive no refund.

Rafting Pirate also retains the right, without time limit, to cancel any tour due to bad weather or river conditions. In this event, passengers will be given as much notice as possible and all monies will be fully refunded or the trip rescheduled to a mutually agreed time between the parties.

CANCELLED TRIPS

If the trip is cancelled due to Rafting Pirate’s fault, those who have paid for the trip will get a full refund. We are not responsible for other expenses you have had while preparing for this trip, for example things like airline ticket, hotel rooms, equipment or other expenses.

HEALTH AND MEDICINE

It is very important that you notify to us if you have medical problems, and what medication you use. Please let us know before we start the trip.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Our customers are responsible for selecting a trip that is suitable according to their interest and abilities. Is there uncertainty about this, feel free to contact us.

Our customers are of course responsible for their own behavior. We demand that local laws are followed, and will not tolerate the use of illegal drugs, or any violation of Croatian law.

The instructor reserves the right to ban people from the boat in case they endanger the safety of the rest of the team. In this case there will be no refund of payment.

GENERAL CLAUSE

We reserve the rights of changing the itinerary for smooth operations or to enhance the guest experience. In case of alternation, omission due to reasons beyond our control (although every effort would be made to provide the services as per the schedule) the operator will not be liable for any claims. We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, death, injury etc. of any nature.
